Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times & Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after processing, depending on your location. Every order ships with tracking.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories: $30 flat rate.

Please note: For certain remote or outlying destinations, additional shipping charges may apply. If extra fees are required for your order, we will contact you before processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Our products ship from overseas. In most cases, applicable import duties and taxes are already included in your shipping cost, and no additional fees are collected upon delivery. In the rare event that customs charges do apply, we'll do our best to help resolve them.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–3 business days for tracking information to update.
